I was supposed to design a packaging for the buckwheat flour so I got my inspiration from a local culinary specialty : the galettes bretonnes ! A galette is a thin buckwheat pancake usually folded in square (a "window") with a little space in the middle for an egg. Brittany is known for both buckwheat flour and galettes so it seemed like a good idea and the client loved it!
